Every project follows the same clear sequence. Costs and responsibilities are agreed in advance, and payments are tied to meaningful milestones.

Discovery
We talk about the problem, who decides, who will use the system, and what you can provide: access, content and photos.

Agreed proposal
Deliverables, responsibilities, costs, timing and what's excluded, all in writing before any work starts.

Design review
You see and comment on the design before we build it, within the agreed number of review rounds.

Build
We build what was agreed. Any change in scope is quoted before it goes ahead.

Checks
We test the main journeys on phone, tablet and desktop, check keyboard access, and test forms with real submissions.

Launch
We confirm domain, accounts and ownership, then launch together, with you having seen the final version first.

Care
Optional ongoing support: hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and a defined allowance for changes.

You stay in control

We agree domain and account ownership, content rights, data export and handover help. You'll know what happens if the care service ever ends.

Fictional data is kept separate and clearly labelled. We never change a live service or move your records until you've authorised it.
