- Content
- Who writes the words and supplies photos is agreed up front. Copywriting and photography are quoted separately.
- Main functionality
- Enquiry form, and booking only if it's included in the scope.
- Design reviews
- A set number of review rounds, agreed in the proposal.
- Handover
- Domain and account ownership confirmed, plus a walkthrough of how to make updates.
How the work runs
We start with a discovery conversation, then agree a proposal. You review the design before we build, and you see the finished site before it goes live.
How costs are agreed
An agreed setup fee for the work in scope. Things like content writing, moving an old site across and extra features are listed separately, so the price is clear.
Ongoing care
Hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and a set allowance for changes can be included through Website Care. Any running costs are shown before you commit. Care details
